Luce Project is a Home, a Space and is also wandering.
All the shades of Luce are headed to the same vision:
to explore and experiment with an artisanal culinary concept based on the observation of nature and inspired by history and knowledge.
Food, nature, arts and crafts.
Food is the core element, from which everything originates and to which everything is connected.
Nature is the condition where Luce is immersed. An open-air pantry able to educate and stimulate us.
Arts and crafts are the human engine. Without them, we would suffer the loss of beauty and wisdom.

Casa Luce
In a small hamlet on the western side of the Lessinia Mountains, there is a stone building full of light that we imagined calling home. Not as exclusive possession, but as the restored nucleus of a local community.
Once we complete the recovery and restoration process, Casa Luce will open its Kitchen, Rooms, and Garden to anyone who wants to experience them.

Lugo significa raduraIn ancient Roman times, a clearing in the woods, where it was possible to see the sky, was called lucus, termine che trae origine dalla stessa radice palindoeuropea da cui deriva sia l’aggettivo greco leukós, che significa “bianco”, sia il sostantivo latino lux, che significa “luce”, quello da cui proviene, come si è visto,
lo stesso oronimo Luxinum, e finalmente il termine “monti Lessini”. In fondo, Casa Luce e i Monti Lessini, sono sempre stati legati.
